CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

  • Pay up front for orders below [AMOUNT].

  • Product will be delivered digitally.

  • Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.

  • Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.

  • Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)

  • Must be paid in [CURRENCY]

  • Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for [AMOUNT OF TIME], or when work has not been completed within [AMOUNT OF TIME]

  • Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.

  • Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.

  • Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 3/27/26PAYMENTS
1. I accept payment via Paypal, Kofi, and Cashapp ONLY
2. All commissions under 50$ in value must be paid in full upfront
3. For pieces over $50, you are required to pay at least half upfront, and the following half after the sketch update.
4. Other payment arrangements are welcome to be discussed, but are likely to be deniedPRODUCT DELIVERY
5. I prefer to deliver the product via email regardless of where we are communicating, so please be sure to notify me of the address.
6. You will by default receive your commission as a png filetype, but you're welcome to request other types, including the original csp file.
7. You're welcome to contact me at any time for a copy of a previous commission, if lost.REVISIONS
9. You by default have the right to 3 revisions in the sketching phase. By revisions, im referring to any compositional or character detail changes that were not previously outlined in the commission request.
10. You have the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing eyecolor or fixing a small detail. I reserve the right to deny these if i deem it too time consuming or ill-mannered.
11. If you fail to notify me of a certain detail i got wrong when it is first shown to you i am under no obligation to go back and fix it, so please be sure to inspect updates closely and notify me of mistakes at the appropriate timeREFUND POLICY
12. if I at any point consider myself unable to finish your commission you will be refunded an amount of money proportional to the amount of work I've yet to finish, the logistics of which being up for discussion.
13. You are welcome to request a refund in any other context you deem necessary but i reserve the right to decline
14. I reserve the right to cancel a commission with or without refund if I receive any purposefully rude or mean spirited communication.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
15. The commission received is, by default, for personal use. Any use of the commission for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the me. This will require a separate agreement between us defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use.You do not hold the right to use the commission in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
